We purely rely on our customer's trust and positive word of mouth to increase our sales and do not spend much on marketing ourselves. This also allows us to maintain very thin margins to provide best 'Value for money' to our customers.
This website is another attempt to reach out to our new and existing customers and seek their support to spread our story further. On a daily basis we hear stories from our customers on how they just don't like any other popular brand of tea who even charge double the price, as they now love our tea so much. Every customer of ours has anecdotes where they started buying tea for their home, and then their siblings, relatives, neighbors, distant uncles and so on as all of them wanted our tea after experiencing it first hand at our customer's place.
We feel elated with so much love showered on us and positive feedback from our customers. This and only this reason, we feel, makes us different from rest in the market and assures us that we are doing something right and motivates us to give our best to customers.
We are a comparatively small tea business and have limited bandwidth, while we do try to ensure that we provide timely response to your queries, in cases, we are not able to, please bear with us, we will make up for the delay with our quality.
